DEAN'S® Milk Holiday World Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The DEAN'S® Milk Holiday World Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal United States residents residing in IL, IN, MI, MN, or WI, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Dean Foods and Holiday World (individually and collectively "Sponsor"), their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. TO ENTER: Visit www.enjoydeans.com ("Website") between 12:01 a.m. Time (CDT) on 5/01/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. (CDT) on 6/19/07, click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner, or text link(s) and follow the online entry instructions to register for the Sweepstakes. You will be asked for the following information: complete name, address, daytime phone, date of birth and e-mail address. Or, use the entry blank from the 5/13/07 newspaper ad, or on an entry blank from the tear-off pad at your local grocery store, or on a 3"X5" card hand print your complete name, address, daytime phone, date of birth and e-mail address (if available) and mail in a first class stamped envelope to Win A Family Vacation Promotion, P.O. Box 130607, St. Paul, MN 55113, postmarked by 6/19/07 and received by 6/23/07. Limit one entry per person, household or email address. No other form of entry is valid. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods will void all that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified. Internet entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer (the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes) by 11:59:59 p.m. (CDT) on 6/19/07.
3. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 6/30/07, from all eligible entries received by Sponsor. Winners will be notified by mail, overnight mail and/or phone (or otherwise as determined by Sponsor) on or about 7/7/07. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize, but Sponsor reserves right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
4. PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prize (1): a voucher for 4 season passes to Holiday World. First Prize (5): a voucher for 4 general admission tickets to Holiday World. Vouchers can only be redeemed at Holiday World. Vouchers can only be used for future purchases but CANNOT be used to pay already established credit balances. Any remaining balance after any use will remain on the Voucher. Vouchers expire 12/31/08 after which vouchers are void and any remaining balance is forfeited. Additional conditions and restrictions may apply. Expenses not stated are solely the winner's responsibility. Winners must accept the prizes as stated or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
